2017 EXHIBITOR PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
Artos Engineering (Booth 1105) – Two new products, the Plug and Play ES-100 Wire Stripper and the SSC-500 Multi-Wire Seal/Strip/Crimp will be featured.
Auto Electrical Supplies Corp (Booth 1360) – Auto Electrical Supplies will exhibit new high temperature fittings primarily for use within engine electrical wiring processes. The multiple fittings are able to protect critical engine wring up to 200°C. Harnessflex and AES-USA are first to the market with these new and innovative products.
Branson Ultrasonics (Booth 1927) – Branson Ultrasonics will be showcasing the Branson Ultrasonic 40kHz Portable Ultrasonic Wire Splicers which joins wires quickly and reliably while providing maximum maneuverability—resulting in a superior electrical connection over crimping, soldering, or resistance welding.
CAMI Research (Booth 1909) – The company will host seminar and training sessions during the Expo with the opportunity to win $500 in CableEye® accessories. The complimentary seminar “Beyond Continuity & HiPot Measurements” will be held Tuesday, May 9 at 10:30 am in Room 202A. The training session “Improving Reliability of Continuity & HiPot Tests” will be held Tuesday, May 9 at 1:00 pm and will last three hours. CAMI also returns with an expanded presence in Booth #1909, providing hands-on demonstrations of CableEye® Cable and Harness Test Systems. Visitors will be able to try low voltage and high voltage (HiPot) testers and explore the CableEye interface & reports.
C. Davis Systems (Booth 1448) – C. Davis Systems will highlight various automation products including GWT single and dual bowl wire termination machines, LC wire termination machines, and SEAL PLUG FEEDER.
Cobra Braiding Machinery (Booth 1937) – For the first time, Cobra will exhibit the Cobra 450 P2 model which features a front-loading capstan with rds. This significantly improves the ergonomics of a harness braiding machine and allows the operator to automatically handle the braiding.
Cyklop Netherlands (Booth 1148) – A worldwide organization specializing in load securement, Cyklop Netherlands has chosen the EWPTE in which to introduce its new elastic string binding machine that easily bundles and binds products.
Delta Sigma Company (Booth 1710) – The company will exhibit HarnessWorks, a low-cost method of delivering clear and specific optically projected work instructions.
Entrada Group (Booth 1553) – Entrada announces its presence in Nicaragua. Coupled with its existing, cost-effective manufacturing campus in Central Mexico, Entrada Group is better positioned to offer wire harness producers of all sizes the right expertise and shared services support for long-term growth.
Excel Connection (Booth 1652) – Excel will be exhibiting cable assemblies and wire harnesses.
Imada, Inc (Booth 1560) – Imada will exhibit its automatic wire crimp tester.
Joyal – A Division of AWE, Inc. (Booth 1154) – The Joyal Model K-3220-2FAW-305 Fusing System will be on display. It’s a system to join magnet wire connections without pre-stripping the enamel insulation.
KM USA, LLC (Booth 1141) – KM USA will exhibit the ECO-VU 100, a crimp cross-section lab and the ECO-Crimp 1000, a two-ton crimping press. Also on exhibit will be the SC-1000 stripper crimper.
Komax Wire (Booth 1123) – Empowering the Next Era of Manufacturing™ Komax Wire will be introducing six new products. See the Mira 340 multi-functional rotary stripping machine, Kappa 315 robust wire cutting and stripping platform, DLW, Iota 330, MicroForce 80, and Alpha 530.
Mecal by Starn (Booth 1826) – View two, four, eight and 20 ton presses. Also see the applicators, presses, and spare tooling including the Samtec OEM-approved side-feed applicator, pneumatic end-feed applicator, Magnum LMP applicator, MSMP “new” two-post side-feed die, and the MSC large two-post battery die.
The Mueller Group, Inc (Booth 1517) – The company will have a large assortment of product samples including all 11 of its wire and cable categories. View a large assortment of product samples including newest products: 353 Tri-Rated, 158 Flex-TC Blue, and 702 Yellow.
Odyssey Tool, LLC (Booth 1124) – Odyssey will exhibit perishable tooling, 2.2-ton press, a 4-ton press, hand tools, Quick Change Tool Pack Systems, and the Generation II electric applicator base.
Schaefer Group (Booth 1113) – Schaefer Megomat is excited to debut the New Generation M600, more ergonomic and user-friendly but as durable as ever. Schaefer Megomat will also show its new MP 4.0 “S” 4-ton standalone press for heavy-duty applications. The new ML 3002 Portable Micro Lab will also be on display. The unit allows processing of micro-sections without the hookup of electricity or water.
Schleuniger, Inc (Booth 1732) – New for 2017, Schlueniger will demonstrate its latest pre- and post-processing machines, the PreFeeder 3200 and CableCoiler 1450. Schleuniger will also demonstrate the 2015 CoaxCenter 6000, the first and only fully automatic machine for processing micro-coaxial and coaxial cables as well as single conductor wires. For the first time, Laser Wire Solutions Mercury-4 will be demonstrated. This in-line system is the perfect solution for stripping shielded twisted pair cables. Also see the Tri-Star Laser Marker, new in laser technology, which can be run in-line with a Schleuniger cut and strip machine, applying marks anywhere along a wire or cable. Also debuting—a new series of crimp applicators.
Star Technology, Inc (Booth 1456) – Star Tech will exhibit a splicing cables and jacket high-voltage power cables, a low durometer lead wire insulator, a fast-setting lead potting, and a flexible hybrid epoxy. Also see an easy-to-mix, general purpose potting and encapsulating compound.
TECH-SONIC, Inc (Booth 1941) – Tech-Sonic will be introducing the world’s first line of servo-controlled ultrasonic metal welders, the most significant advance in ultrasonic welding technology in the last 20 years. Also see a wire splicer with the capability to detect one missing strand of 0.13mm2 wire when splicing.
Tenborg Technologies (Booth 1308) – View the ST730T, Tenborg’s latest coaxial cable stripping machine with micro-coax mode and a state of the art touch screen. Also view the ST215W, a fine wire stripping machine with wayback.
Universal Metal Hose Company (Booth 1760) – Stainless steel, copper and brass metal braid protects wire and cable harnesses. The Universal “Pull-Flex” is an interlocked and square locked flexible metal hose.
Wardwell Braiding Co (Booth 1549) – The company will exhibit a 24 carrier harness braider. The machine is equipped with motorized capstan, sound enclosure, operator panel, self-lubricating horn gears, and foot potentiometer.
